Tom Wall is of counsel to the firm and handles the firm’s cases in Tennessee. He is located in Nashville but handles cases across the entire state. Mr. Wall specializes in creditor’s rights cases in which he represents both corporations and individuals.

Mr. Kane received his law degree from Northwestern University, School of Law and graduated with two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both Economic and Sociology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Prior to starting his practice of law, Mr. Kane enjoyed a career in anti-poverty non-profit work.

Aaron Cluett is an associate to the firm and handles the firm’s Virginia cases. He graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville in 2009. Mr. Cluett has civil litigation experience throughout much of the Commonwealth and has an office located near Richmond, Virginia.

Shawn Michael Riehl is Of Counsel to the Firm and is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and handles the Firm’s Ohio cases. Mr. Riehl handles the firm's lemon law and breach of warranty cases in Ohio. Mr. Riehl also provides assertive representation of plaintiffs who have been injured because of the negligence of other persons or corporations.

Nadine Dunbar Gills is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in lemon law and personal injury. She holds a J.D. from Southern University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Kathryn B. Abrams has over 17 years of legal experience and manages the firm’s California claims. She holds a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Michigan Honors College.

Joshua Avigad specializes in lemon law and complex litigation. He holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Jo Cook is a versatile attorney with experience in civil, criminal, family, juvenile, probate, and municipal law. She holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.

Edward L. Ewald Jr. brings over 30 years of legal experience, including defending major auto manufacturers. He holds a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and specializes in lemon law and civil litigation.

Brooks R. Siegel specializes in lemon law and vehicle warranty litigation. He holds a J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School, an LL.M. from Arizona State University, and a B.A. from Arizona State University. Brooks has gained extensive experience in handling breach of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act cases, lemon law cases, and general vehicle warranty litigation.

Antranig Garibian has a robust background in civil litigation, representing clients in multiple states. He holds degrees from Princeton University and Temple University School of Law and is fluent in Armenian and proficient in Russian and French.
